The Blue Flag beach denotes the international ecological environment protection program and is a very appreciated tourist stamp, which many tourists take into consideration while choosing their holiday destination.
The Blue Flag is today the most recognized model of ecological education and public notification, when it comes to caring for the sea and coastline, especially when it comes to caring for the coastal areas that suffered the strongest pressure, the beaches and the marina in particular.
The implementation of the Blue Flag program is based on strictly defined criteria and is awarded only for one season, and the request must be submitted each year in the prescribed manner to obtain the Blue Flag.
